Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel a lesson without penalty, you must provide notice at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the lesson fee.
- No-Show: Failure to attend without any notice will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the lesson fee.
Package Terms
- Validity: Packages (4 or 8 lessons) must be used within 90 days (3 months) of the purchase date.
- Refunds: Packages are non-refundable. Missed lessons (with proper 24-hour notice) will be rescheduled, not refunded.
